Enjoy life! Hey guys, it is ok to have a slice of birthday cake and treat yourself to a burger every now and then. When you deny yourself all of life’s indulgences you will set yourself up for weight loss failure.
But be smart: have a small piece of the cake and forego fries with that burger! Or have yourself a (meaning one) slice of pizza. It’s all about balance and control.
