Know the Basics



Losing weight seems anything but simple! With all of the trendy diet plans and new workout fads it is easy to become confused.

Never Say Never

Enjoy life! Hey guys, it is ok to have a slice of birthday cake and treat yourself to a burger every now and then. When you deny yourself all of life’s indulgences you will set yourself up for weight loss failure. 
But be smart: have a small piece of the cake and forego fries with that burger! Or have yourself a (meaning one) slice of pizza. It’s all about balance and control. 
I suggest that you plan ahead when you are going to treat yourself... And stick to that schedule ;-)
